Episode 38: One Habit that Changes Everything

What if you could find one habit that could magically unlock all the other good habits you’ve been trying to get? One habit to rule them all.

There isn’t one habit that will do this for every person, but you can find a habit that will work for you. This is what’s known as a keystone habit: A small change or habit that people introduce into their lives that helps other habits flourish and, over time, transforms everything.

A keystone habit is at work when people suddenly starting eating and sleeping better after they begin a regular exercise routine. The other habits weren’t the goal, but they happened anyway.

In this episode, the humans discuss what Keystone Habits are and give examples of good keystone habits you can implement in your life and bad keystone habits you should get rid of if you spot them in your life.
