Meditation has been taking the world by a very calm storm, and for good reason. Meditation can supposedly lower blood pressure, reduce anxiety, decrease pain, ease symptoms of depression, and improve sleep. Some pretty great benefits from sitting in silence.
In this episode we talk about the different types of meditation, the benefits we’ve received, and how to work it into your schedule. Also, apparently it takes five months of training in France to become a meditation teacher. So that’s neat. It’s a whole tangent, listen to the episode to find out more.
